If urgent repair work is required after normal business hours, owners should use the Community After Hours emergency contact number provided by their BCS portfolio manager.
Owners can speak with qualified property service professionals who will attend to issues in a timely and professional manner. Unexpected events such as a blocked toilet, broken glass, or internal flooding can all be addressed by our after hours call centre service.
