Exclusive database of contractors
BCS manages an exclusive directory listing of registered, insured and known contractors with Community Select. By only using pre-screened and registered contractors, our clients can expect quality workmanship and peace of mind.
After Hours emergency service
BCS provides an after-hours emergency repair call centre service called Community After Hours. The service operates from 5.00pm – 8.30am Monday to Friday, and 24 hours a day on weekends and during public holidays. The service is free-to-call for any common property repair issue, where included as part of the management agreement.
Maintenance tracking system
We provide a fully integrated in-house repair and maintenance tracking system which helps identify recurring issues.
Trained staff for temporary measures
BCS clients will save money under the guidance of our trained staff who can advise on temporary measures to alleviate issues that can be dealt with more cost effectively during normal hours.
